Artbags collection 2006 - 2007

It once started as an art project with 3D inspiration mood boards in the shape of a bag. They were meant as collages of materials and fabrics, called 'artbags, exhibited at a trend fashion sport fair in Munich. Over the years, the creations increasingly took the form of a real wearable one of a kind bag. Ever since this time, Eva Anna has been in the habit of taking webcam selfies with every new bag creation. In 2006 and 2007 many art bags were created which were in between the art form and the functional form of a bag. Here you can see the evolution of the EAH! bag, from artbags towards a wearable design bag. These arty bags were already offered for sale in various shops in the South of France at the time. Back in the Netherlands special pieces were also made for the front row during Amsterdam Fashion Week and given as a PR stunt to the press and famous people, supported by Mulberry. This was the period when Eva Anna's unique arty bags started to stand out and to evolved towards a wanted designer bag.
