Astrir Awards Design
For Dutch Beauty Awards for professionals and brands 2006/2007.
For 2 editions Eva Anna designed the awards for this yearly professional beauty industry event. With beauty and perfection in mind, Eva Anna got inspired by the very base of mathematical formulas of nature. The golden ratio of the beauty formula of phi. The proportions of man, but also everything in nature, is based on this formula. Much architecture is also inspired by it.
Based on the formula of mother nature and the different beauty categories, Eva Anna has designed an award for each category. Fragrance men, Fragrance women, Make-up women, etc. Inspired by the colors and texture of the product, very special material and color compositions were created. Also for every catogory. For each category Eva Anna designed graphic designs inspired by the product itself. She copied the lipsticks and perfume bottle that she processed on the computer in a graphic pattern, which was lasered out of all kinds of colors of plexiglas. Together the award formed the feeling of a modern cosmopolitan city. See below images of the design proces and the final awards.
